The Food Traceability Rule Training for the Food Industry curriculum was developed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in collaboration with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This core curriculum is designed to support firms that manufacture, process, pack, or hold foods included on the Food Traceability List and are required to comply with the Final Rule on Requirements for Additional Traceability Records for Certain Foods, or Food Traceability
